Fresno Chaffee Zoo: Hours, Tickets and What to Know

General-admission tickets are valid for one year from the selected visit date for one-time entry during general-admission hours. Fresno County residents need proof of county residency at the entrance to use resident pricing.

Roeding Park has entrances on Belmont Avenue and Olive Avenue. If traffic is heavy on Belmont Avenue, the zoo suggests using the Olive Avenue entrance as an alternative. Fresno Chaffee Zoo is about a 17-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from Welcome Inn, a Fresno motel.

The City of Fresno charges $5 per car to park at Roeding Park; holiday and special-event rates may differ. The park has 11 parking-payment kiosks that accept exact cash or card. Card payments have a $0.40 convenience fee, and you can also pay through the ParkMobile app.

How many Welcome Wednesday tickets can one cardholder buy?
